Solid Rock Wellness seeks to empower people to live strong and breathe calm through the tools of Pilates. Every body can benefit from the mind-muscle connection that Pilates offers, to improve their mental, physical, and spiritual health, both on and off the mat.

About Your Instructor
Hi, I’m Shelby! My personal Pilates journey began in 2019 when I sought healing for chronic back pain. The mind-muscle connection improved my posture, removed all pain, alleviated stress, and complemented my other activities, like hiking, weight-lifting, and tennis. I fell in love with how good I felt after each workout, which kept me coming back to my mat.
Inspired to help others find joy in mindful, grace-filled movement, I achieved my Peak Pilates Instructor certificate in August 2025.
I’m excited to help my students learn how to gratefully work with their bodies and not against them. Together we’ll use Pilates principles to live strong and breathe calm, on and off the mat!
