Class Types
All Around: These classes are the perfect mix of all that Pilates offers: flexibility, strength building, mobility, breath awareness, and core work. Modifications are provided to lessen or increase the challenge, making it welcoming for all bodies and fitness levels. Great for athletes and outdoor adventurers looking for a well-rounded cross-training workout.
Restorative: A nourishing, cortisol-lowering class that increases flexibility in relaxing postures, emphasizes spinal articulation, and promotes hip and thoracic spine mobility. A slow-paced, gentle class perfect to release stress and calm the nervous system while tending to often neglected joints and muscles.
Balance + Posture: With the aid of a chair, this class is a safe, effective way to increase core strength and balance. Low-impact and knee-friendly, it focuses on injury prevention, recovery, and active ageing. With an extended joint warm up to accommodate arthritis and mind-foot awareness to increase ankle mobility and address common foot problems (plantar fasciitis / bunions / weak arches) this class is perfect for those seeking to enjoy their daily activities with increased endurance, power, and confidence. Suitable for all ages and lifestyles.
Full Body Strength: An intermediate level offering for those familiar with the all around Pilates class format and looking for more of a challenge. With an emphasis on strength and through the use of studio-provided props, each class will target the core, glutes, arms, and back. It will also include more challenging balance postures to work the entire mind-body connection. If you find yourself wanting more strength-focus during the all around class, come give this one a try. All body types welcome, modifications available, and rest breaks and laughter encouraged.

- Single Class – $20
- 5 Pack – $70 (expires 3 months after purchase)
- 10 Pack – $120 (expires 6 months after purchase)
- Monthly Membership – $100 – Unlimited Classes (runs one month from purchase date)
- Private Sessions: $64 single / 5-Pack: $280 / 10-Pack $530
- Duet Sessions: Same price as private classes – split by two people however they choose, 50/50 example: $32 per person / 5-Pack: $140 per person / 10-Pack $265 per person
